yes, i am 'cubanita'...but this entry is actually about this new restaurant in dallas called La Cubanita! YUM-MY DE-LI-CIOUS!! very good authentic cuban food. (i guess i can say that since i'm half cuban) However, you really need to know what to order, otherwise they try recommend some 'american' food just in case you're not into 'ethnic' foods. which makes me think...uh, why else would you be there ...so it doesn't really make sense! ANY-WAYS....
kevin took me there for my birthday this year and we went back again with my best friends Sherry and Matt. i'm convinced Matt was cuban in a former life. not really, but he definitely enjoys the delicious cuisine.
(i recommend ordering the lechon asado and a sweet cold mojito to wash it down...enjoy).
