ABC's

You might be asking yourself, "when did Daisy learn to write her letters so nicely?" Weeelll, I still have a long way to go. Lauren gets all the credit on this one.  

Lauren is preparing for Pre-K after she turns 4 this summer and is writing her letters and numbers more and more clearly every day. She surprised me the other day by writing her entire name on a greeting card for one of her friends.  I mean it...she SO surprised me!!

There is still a lot of practicing to be done for the latter half of the alphabet, but I was super impressed with her ability to write every letter by herself.  I had such a fun time watching her concentration while working on this masterpiece. She did so good and I am extremely proud of her!

Greenville St. Patty's Day Parade

Every year we try to attend some sort of St. Patty's day festivities. You would think we were Irish; we get so excited about it! The events have changed to more kid friendly ones in recent years.  

We have actually never been to the Greenville Parade, but this year we decided to make the trip with the family. It was really a fun time and will definitely do it again next year. 

Happy 7 Year Anniversary!

7 years ago today, I married my Best Friend! Kevin is such a loving & caring husband.  We have both grown up so much in the last few years and now have 2 beautiful children and couldn't be any happier!

I feel like such a lucky girl!

De-crapifyng some of our cabinets!

Okay, so I started out the year on an organization kick...but then again who doesn't, right?! I decided to tackle our medicine cabinet first...(which is by the way located in our kitchen- not the bathroom, like most people), then moved onto the laundry room.  The laundry room is by no means close to being the cute, organized fun place that I want spend 'loads' (no pun intended) of time in...but with baby steps, I will achieve the goal of a peaceful, organized, clean laundry room.  Maybe when my honey finally hires a maid, is when it will happen!
Now the medicine cabinet...is the bomb...and I am truly proud of it.  I would like to add some labels and maybe some cuter baskets, but this will do for now.  Couldn't wait to show you my 2 easiest, cheapest, most prized organized areas of my home.  Yay for me!

Love, love, love this space.  I walk by it every day and just smile at it, knowing that behind those beautiful cherry cabinet doors, there is some organization...ahhh-LELUJAH!!!
